For line managers and HR
So that what you mean is what lands.
Practical tools for line managers and HR to work well with neurodivergent colleagues. And, in practice, with everyone. Not a course: tools you can use tomorrow.
Sound familiar?
Priya asks her colleague James: "Could you have a quick look at this?" She means: read it through, five minutes. James hears a task with no end point and spends three days on it. Nobody did anything wrong. They were on slightly different wavelengths. The toolkit helps you adjust your side of the connection. Small changes in how you ask often make the biggest difference. Not a course, a toolkit
Ready within 15 minutes
Every tool gives you something you can use straight away: a message, a task card, an agenda or an agreement.
Built on the seven NeuroStrengths
A framework that brings order, instead of a long checklist. You get to know the approach as you go.
Nothing about your staff
You describe the situation, not the person. What you type stays in your own browser.
What you can do with it
44 tools, from the job advert to the return to work after sickness absence, grouped by the moment you need them. Would you rather start from a situation? The situation finder shows you where to begin. See every tool with an example.

Five things that make the difference
- 1Say what kind of question it is.
- 2Start with what is fixed.
- 3Give thinking time, and a second chance in writing.
- 4Make "good enough" visible.
- 5Adjustments are conditions, not favours.
Learned in training sessions with employers. In the toolkit, every principle comes with the tools to put it into practice.

Frequently asked questions
Does a member of staff need a diagnosis?
No. The toolkit looks at how someone works and what the environment can do, not at a label. Nobody has to tell you anything about their health. What helps a neurodivergent colleague usually helps the whole team.
What do you store about our staff?
Very little. The tools run in your browser: what you type is not saved or sent anywhere. We only store the user accounts (name and work email address), the answers to the neuro-inclusion scan (yes, no or don't know, without names) and how often a tool is opened.
Is it a course?
No. Nobody has to work through modules. You open a tool at the moment you need it, and within 15 minutes you have a message, a card or an agreement you can use straight away.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If it works for you, fill in the order form, or forward it with one click to whoever signs it off. Access then simply continues. If you do nothing, access stops on its own. You will never receive an invoice you did not order.
What is Ask Marc?
A consultation of about half an hour with Marc Bloemendal, online or by phone, in English, about a situation you are stuck on. The Team plan includes one per quarter, Organisation and Enterprise include two. Consultations are not part of the Small plan or the trial.
How does VAT work?
Our prices exclude VAT. As we invoice from the Netherlands, UK business customers account for VAT under the reverse charge. You can add your VAT number on the order form.
Can employees use it themselves?
Yes. The Working with me guide is free and needs no account. An employee describes in their own words how they work best, and decides who they share it with.
Who is behind it?
Marc Bloemendal, a neurodiversity specialist, coach and trainer of coaches, and the author of NeuroStrengths. The toolkit is built on the NeuroStrengths approach and on his training work with employers.
